Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated entry-level supplemental insurance sales representative. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, build relationships with business owners, HR heads, and decision-makers, and gain hands-on experience presenting both individually and in groups.

Responsibilities include using Salesforce CRM to generate leads, scheduling meetings, visiting new businesses, building your client portfolio, and hitting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain — study course provided at no cost and state licensing fees reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory and neighboring communities.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the sales team manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for review.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience
