Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience, with relevant sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit to manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
