Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience, including relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with owners and leaders.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and referrals.
• Collaborate with the team to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and submit weekly schedules and track daily sales activity.
