Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you build a client portfolio and develop presentation skills for individuals and groups.

You will use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings with business owners, HR heads, and decision-makers. A licensed producer is ideal, with full training provided for licensing in your state.

Qualifications

• High-level pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with owners and leaders.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
