You will schedule and conduct calls and in-person meetings, maintain activity logs, and work toward monthly targets with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or relevant sales/athletic background within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners and referral sources.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
