Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
