Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level supplemental insurance sales associate ready to learn and grow within a supportive team. You will gain practical experience presenting to business owners and HR leaders, building relationships, and developing a personal client portfolio.

Training is provided, with ongoing guidance as you establish a territory, schedule meetings, and track progress toward monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Background check required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience required

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client network
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with manager
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it weekly
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
