Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for newcomers and seasoned pros, focusing on helping clients and building lasting relationships.

You'll learn to connect with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers while developing presentation skills and growing your own client portfolio in a collaborative, target-driven environment.

Formación

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and license fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years with relevant sales background will be considered).

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners and referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan and submit weekly schedules; record daily activities.
