Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, and re-service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
