Qualifications

• 4 years post-high school work experience or Bachelor's degree recommended.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to management.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
