Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales/athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and expand your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
