You will build relationships, respond to client inquiries, and schedule meetings while developing a personal client portfolio. A license in health & life insurance is preferred or obtainable with company support.

Qualifications

• Background check required
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain) — study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and follow up on referrals
• Grow and maintain your own client portfolio
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to your manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates
