Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build client network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to establish relationships and nurture existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and revenue stream.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for review.
• Record daily activity and sales progress.
