You will build relationships with business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, and grow a client portfolio while receiving comprehensive training, ongoing support, and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and re-service clients.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
