• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and referrals.
• Build and maintain your client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
