Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics while ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.

This full-time, hourly role offers overtime eligibility and a clear growth path toward Tech II and Crew Lead, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools and techniques.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors and attics.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit blueprints or specifications.
• Seal insulation in place using staples, adhesive or other methods.
• Install roof vents to ensure proper ventilation.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
