Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in residential and light commercial buildings, following blueprints and project specifications.

You will measure, cut, and install fiberglass, foam, or cellulose insulation, ensuring proper coverage, safety, and quality. Opportunities for overtime, driving responsibilities may apply, with clear path to Tech II and Crew Lead as you grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with various insulation materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a team environment.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials, measuring and cutting to fit according to blueprints or specs.
• Install insulation such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics.
• Seal insulation in place to ensure proper coverage and ventilation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Drive company vehicles when eligible and required.
