Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and attics while following safety and quality standards. The role is full-time, hourly, with overtime eligibility and performance incentives.

Base pay starts at $18 per hour with bonuses averaging $21–$23 per hour, plus potential weekly incentives. Advancement to Tech II or Crew Lead is possible after six months with higher pay and new incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with insulation materials, tools and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a team environment.
• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, cellulose) in walls, ceilings, floors, and attics according to blueprints.
• Seal insulation in place using staples, adhesive, or other methods.
• Install roof vents in attic spaces for proper ventilation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
