Job summary

HomeWorks Energy is seeking an Install Technician I to proficiently install insulation materials in various structures while following quality and safety standards. The role involves measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation, plus mounting roof vents and maintaining a clean work area.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with insulation materials, and strong English communication skills. Overtime and growth opportunities are available in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with insulation materials and installation techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors and attics
• Measure and cut insulation to fit blueprints or specifications
• Seal insulation in place using staples, adhesives or other methods
• Install roof vents to ensure attic ventilation
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Operate company vehicles and complete driver training if eligible
