Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Woodbridge, NJ is hiring an Entry Level Inside Sales Rep for a hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day remote). Compensation includes a $52,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:45 AM to 7:00 PM and rotating Saturdays.

You will discuss insurance products with customers, provide quotes, build relationships, and aim to meet sales goals. The position is temp-to-hire with paid training and licensing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to meet targets.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with software.
• Ability to obtain a company-paid NJ Property & Casualty License.
