Job summary

McDyer Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team in a hybrid or in-office role. You will drive growth, make outbound calls, and build trusted client relationships while offering auto, home, and life insurance solutions.

We provide base salary plus commission, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and Simple IRA enrollment. If you’re motivational, goal-driven, and ready to advance in insurance, this is the place to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Current Property and Casualty license required.
• Prior sales or insurance experience preferred.
• At least 1 to 3 years prior personal lines experience preferred.
• Highly motivated and driven to exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable making 75+ calls daily using our cutting-edge phone system.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and follow up with warm leads.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to agency-wide targets.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients and prospects.
