Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base + Commission (up to $105,000+ OTE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours per week

About the Opportunity

My client is a small, independent insurance brokerage looking for a motivated, driven, and outgoing Entry-Level Insurance Agent to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the insurance industry, develop sales skills, and build a long-term career with significant earning potential.

No prior insurance experience or licensing is required. The right candidate will receive hands‑on training and sales scripts while learning how to develop relationships with businesses, present insurance solutions, and close new accounts.

This is a sales‑driven opportunity for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, making cold calls, and putting in the work to build a successful book of business.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound cold calls and send cold emails to prospective business clients.
• Identify and connect with employers who may benefit from group and individual health and life insurance solutions.
• Schedule appointments and build relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct introductory meetings to understand each company's insurance needs.
• Prepare and deliver insurance presentations to prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospects, overcome objections, and close new business.
• Meet with clients virtually or in person as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, organize documentation, and follow established procedures.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and insurance carrier portals to support daily activities.
• Consistently prospect for new business and develop a long‑term client portfolio.

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Starting pay of $33k/yr plus strong commission.
• Significant commission‑based earning potential as your client portfolio grows.

Important: This role requires patience and persistence. Sales cycles can take several months, so candidates must be comfortable investing time and effort into building their pipeline before seeing substantial commission earnings.
