Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service/call center experience preferred but not required.
• Banking or Mortgage/Loan Servicing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and inquiries about existing mortgage loans.
• Provide accurate, timely information and aim for first-call resolution.
• Escalate complex calls to qualified team members.
• Route tasks and contact supporting departments to resolve inquiries.
• Track and complete callbacks to ensure resolution.
• Collect payments when required.
• Document call details in the mortgage servicing system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
