Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Customer service/call center experience preferred.
• Banking, Mortgage/Loan Servicing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer least complex calls from borrowers and third parties about mortgage loans.
• Provide accurate, timely information and strive for first-call resolution.
• Escalate complex calls to a qualified team member.
• Route tasks and contact supporting departments as needed.
• Track and complete callbacks to resolve inquiries.
• Document call details in the mortgage servicing system.
