Carrington Mortgage Services in Westfield, IN, is hiring a Customer Service Specialist I for a hybrid schedule.

You will answer calls from borrowers and third parties about existing loans, provide accurate information, aim for first-call resolution, and log details in the servicing system. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, plus monthly incentives; Spanish bilingual add-on $1.50 per hour. Experience in banking or mortgage servicing is preferred, hours Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service/call center experience preferred.
• Banking, Mortgage/Loan Servicing industry experience preferred.
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish) skillset preferred.
• Hours Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Answer least complex incoming calls from borrowers and third parties about existing mortgage loans.
• Provide accurate and timely information in a courteous manner and strive for first-call resolution.
• Refer complex calls to a qualified team member.
• Document call details in the mortgage servicing system.
• Track follow-ups and complete callbacks to resolve inquiries.
• Collect payments when necessary and appropriate.
