Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an entry-level Customer Service Representative I in Ocala, FL. You will handle phone, email, and chat inquiries, assist with scheduling, and maintain customer records with close supervision.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer support experience or training is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Comfort with handling calls, emails, chat and scheduling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate team.
• Resolve customer issues, questions, or complaints via phone, email, or chat.
• Update customer records and dispositions in call software.
• Assist with dispatching and scheduling, in coordination with Sales/Service Coordinator.
• Provide status updates to customers on service calls and technician ETA.
