Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with basic HVAC training preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant systems.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Works under general supervision to perform maintenance calls
• Performs routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Inspects and performs limited diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks
• Completes routine maintenance and cleaning; manages parts/equipment delivery
• Assists the Service Technician in servicing HVAC equipment
• Records required information on a handheld device; completes forms accurately
• Communicates with dispatch for status updates
• Promotes products and services and reports replacement sales leads
• Ensures company property and tools are maintained and accounted for
• Represents the company professionally and follows procedures
