Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Customer Service Representative I in Ocala, FL. This entry-level role supports routine customer inquiries, processes calls, and coordinates with dispatch to ensure timely service.

• Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching, and implementing solutions; escalates unresolved issues.
