Service Experts is seeking a Customer Service Representative I in Ocala, FL. This entry-level role handles incoming calls, assists customers with issues, and updates account records under supervision.

You will resolve questions by phone, email, and chat, while maintaining strong relationships and promoting services. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 0–2 years in customer service, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0-2+ years experience in customer service.
• Experience with computers and administrative office systems.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with diverse customers.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and route as needed.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve customer concerns via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Dispositons calls in call monitoring software.
• Assist with dispatching and scheduling improvements.
• Communicate service status to customers.
• Adhere to CPI compliance when taking payments.
• Provide knowledge of products and promotions.
