Full-time or part-time positions with paid training are available nationwide. Minimum requirements include US citizen or green card, ages 17–42, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass drug tests and background checks.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (I-551).
• Ages 17–42.
• High school diploma or GED.
• No felonies or open legal cases.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Must be in good physical health.
• Eligible for Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and personnel tasks for all ranks and roles.
• Manage soldier records, benefits, and assignments.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive personnel data.
• Ensure unit readiness through effective HR support.
