Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Human Resources Leadership Development Program, a fast-paced, 2-year rotational program designed to develop future HR leaders. Participants will experience two 12-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience in key HR areas like compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, training and development, and employee relations through challenging assignments across various departments. This program includes mentorship from senior HR executives, customized training, and networking opportunities to prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the HR function.

Responsibilities:
  • Rotational Assignments : Engage in two dynamic 12-month rotations, taking on key roles such as HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Operations to drive impactful business outcomes.

  • Strategic Project Contributions: Contribute to diverse functional projects and assignments, gaining valuable insights into the alignment of finance or accounting strategies with overarching business goals.

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Operate within a collaborative team environment, receiving guidance and mentorship from your assigned rotation manager to enhance your professional growth.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, fostering a network of support and collaboration.

  • Leadership Development Conferences: Participate in targeted in-person leadership development conferences designed to enhance your leadership capabilities, business acumen, and technical expertise.

  • Presentations: Seize opportunities to present your findings and strategic recommendations to management, showcasing your analytical and communication skills.
