Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an HR Employee Support Representative in Tulsa, OK to handle HR related queries and transactions as the first line of help for employees across multiple countries.

You will respond to questions via phone, chat, and case management, promote self-service tools, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining SLAs and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree.
• At least one year experience in customer services and/or human resources.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to answer employees' queries effectively.
• Excellent problem solving skills and strong customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking and documenting.

Responsibilities

• Responds to questions on administrative procedures and practices via multiple channels (phone, case management, live chat).
• Educates employees about HR Services and encourages self-service tools.
• Researches and resolves all problems in a timely manner; prioritize multiple requests.
• Probes cases to determine root cause and provide accurate answers.
• Identifies and researches incoming queries from employees.
