Avis Budget Group is seeking an HR Employee Support Representative in Tulsa, OK to handle HR-related queries via phone, case management, and live chat. You will educate employees on available HR services and self-service tools, research and resolve issues promptly, and document inquiries while ensuring policy compliance.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Office and Workday experience preferred. English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree.
• Experience in customer services and/or human resources.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills and strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Workday or other HRIS experience (Preferred).
• Additional language – Spanish (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Responds to questions on administrative procedures and HR practices via phone, case management, and live chat.
• Educates employees on HR services and self-service tools (HR Portal, Knowledge base).
• Researches and resolves problems in a timely manner and escalate as needed.
• Document queries and issues and determine root cause to provide accurate answers.
• Prioritize and manage multiple issues and maintain SLAs.
• Contribute to improving HR services and processes to enhance employee satisfaction.

Supporting an effective employee experience within agreed service level. The team receives activity through case management, system notifications, phone calls and chat service as the first point of help for HR queries, across multiple countries.What You'll Do:Responds to questions on administrative procedures and practices via multiple channels such as phone, case management system and live chat. Uses systems to document and escalate as needed following the appropriate processesEducates employees of HR Services available to them and encourages self-service tools such as the HR Portal and other systems as neededResearches and resolves all problems in a timely manner.
