Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1 year's experience in Human Resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison for staff, addressing grievances, investigations, and regulatory compliance (EEOC, FMLA, OSHA, ADA, Workers' Comp, Joint Commission, CMS).
• Handles full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensures position control is updated and accurate.
• Maintains accurate employee records and HRIS.
• Assists with benefit enrollment, payroll questions, and compensation management.
• Interprets and executes HR policies, supporting managers with performance management and staff counseling.
• Facilitates scheduled performance review processes, providing guidance and training for managers and employees.
• Maintains strict confidentiality.
• Performs other duties as required.
