Peak Behavioral Health seeks a dedicated HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and compliance for our Santa Teresa facility. You will partner with management to drive engagement, policy adherence, and accurate data reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or substantial experience), solid knowledge of employment law, and strong communication skills to assist a diverse healthcare team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (or substantial HR experience) required.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manages recruiting, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
• Coordinates benefits orientation and employee training programs.
• Maintains HRIS data and prepares monthly compliance reports.
• Provides coaching to managers on performance management and employee relations.
• Assists with policy updates and handbook reviews.
