Qualifications

• Supports operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with safety.
• Promotes and supports health and wellness initiatives.
• Performs general administrative duties including communications, postings, and records.
• Maintains accurate data entry and partners with leaders to ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Assists with onboarding, new hire orientation, and employee training.
• Coordinates HR projects and assists with payroll, benefits, and events.
