Job summary

Amcor is seeking an entry level HR professional to support employees with HR records, compensation, benefits, HRIS and payroll. This role operates under established procedures with supervision and builds knowledge through training.

You will engage in data entry, Workday processes, onboarding, benefits explanations, and coordination of employee events, while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources or business preferred.
• 1-2 years of HR experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to all employees by maintaining HR records and payroll data.
• Answer HR-related questions and provide information to employees.
• Assist with data entry and Workday processes to ensure data integrity.
• Support payroll processing utilizing Kronos.
• Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation and employee training.
• Assist with benefits explanations and HR topics with leaders.
• Support annual enrollment, performance management and HR projects.
