Costa Farms in Miami, FL seeks an HR Support professional to provide exceptional customer service to team members and candidates, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and maintain accurate employee data. The role reports to the People Operations Manager and requires handling confidential information with discretion.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of administrative or HR support experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for team members and candidate HR inquiries.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and process new hires, transfers, status changes, and terminations in the HRIS.
• Ensure completion of required employment documentation, onboarding requirements and training documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Assist with paycheck sorting and distribution
