Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an HR professional to support the facility manager and drive human resources processes in our operations. This role focuses on payroll, onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle planning and coordination of recruitment, maintain personnel records, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with teams to promote a productive work culture.

Qualifications

• Professional in Human Resources Management and/or related fields.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook as well as other software.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and overtime, as needed, and during busy peak season.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
• Knowledge in Basic regulations, Federal and/or State Law.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Timekeeping: Audits time and invoices for contingent workers to ensure they match the time cards.
• Pre-Hire & On-boarding: Distributes pre-hire paperwork, collects new hire information, ensures forms completed and documents turned in, roster updates.
• Employee Life Cycle And HRIS: Ensures data integrity in HRIS (Unify) and other people related systems; assist with maintenance of employee personnel records.
• Administrative: Time & Attendance; receives absence requests; collaborates on missed/pending paperwork; supports other projects as assigned.
• Planning: Plan recruitment of personnel according to facility needs; organize and implement welfare plans.
• Coordination, Execution: Manage recruitment of personnel, review hours in software, coordinate documents, execute training and development, participate in safety committee.
