All Ways Caring HomeCare in Phoenix is seeking an Entry Level Homecare Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for the local branch, from posting jobs to onboarding compassionate caregivers. You will build relationships with hiring managers and the community to create a strong talent pipeline.

You will manage candidate data, coordinate trainings, and ensure compliance with policies and laws, working in a fast-paced environment with daily collaboration across teams for timely hiring outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some college courses or a two- or four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or HR experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Reliable, independent work with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Compassion for others.

Aufgaben

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events.
• Ensures HR compliance with state and federal laws and policies.
• Improves candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
• Expands outreach via social media and job platforms.
• Collaborates with regional teams for staffing needs and maintains employment records.
• Uses iCIMS ATS and completes data entry in payroll and schedule systems.
• Coordinates trainings, certs, and audits of employee files.
