D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative in North Carolina to guide customers through the sales process from first contact to close of escrow. You will greet visitors, present models, address objections, and document transactions.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and collaboration with realtors and team members, while supporting loan and construction progress tracking. A strong team culture and growth potential are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years related sales experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile, tablet or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes and sites.
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale.
• Document the transaction.
• Track progress of loan, options and construction.
• Respond to customer requests for information.
• Document any cancellations.
• Maintenance of all lot files/sales files.
• Monitor models and sales office for disclosures, supplies, repairs.
• Conduct all business professionally and ethically.
• Develops and maintains rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
