Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales apps on mobile devices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models and homes to prospects.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Document the transaction and track loan progress.
• Respond to information requests from customers.
• Document cancellations and maintain files.
• Monitor models and sales office disclosures and supplies.
