Tularosa Communications is hiring an Entry Level Help Desk Technician to join our Managed Services Team. You will be the first contact for technical support, log and route issues, and document customer problems to help colleagues resolve them efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone starting in tech, with a passion for learning, strong communication, and attention to detail. A valid driver's license and background check are required; on-the-job training and certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn more about the industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• No prior work experience is necessary, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Valid driver’s license is required
• Ability to pass a fingerprint based background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to sign a CJIS Security Addendum

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via telephone or our Help Desk ticketing system.
• Generate help desk tickets and route them to experienced technicians for resolution.
• Document customer issues accurately in our ticket database.
• Provide basic information about our business-related products and services.
• Opportunity to learn and grow within the industry, gaining valuable experience and knowledge.
• Work towards gaining industry certifications to advance to higher-level technician roles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
