Job summary

Trinidad & Las Animas County Chamber of Commerce seeks an entry-level Service Desk Agent to provide telephone technical support for hardware, systems, sub-systems and applications for FAA employee and non-employee users globally. You will diagnose issues, apply basic diagnostic techniques, and escalate complex problems as needed.

The role is on-site at Emergent Campus Trinidad with opportunities for growth and continued education.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone, email and chat support for hardware, systems and applications.
• Resolve OS, network, and software issues; document steps and resolutions.
• Escalate complex problems to level-2 teams when needed.
• Support for PC and enterprise-wide applications; contribute to knowledge base.
• Utilize ITSM and ServiceNow ticket processes to document actions.
