Get Me Healthcare is hiring Entry-Level Sales Development Representatives in Scottsdale to kickstart a career in health insurance sales. You’ll learn the fundamentals in a high-energy, in-office environment and have a clear pathway to join the main sales floor as a licensed broker.

The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and daily bonuses, plus comprehensive insurance benefits and occasional Saturday shifts. Training, coaching, and support are provided to help you succeed.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with customers through professional phone conversations.
• Assist customers with questions regarding their coverage and benefits.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
• Present additional products and services that may benefit customers.
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction.
• Track sales opportunities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
• Review insurance applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify applicant information and supporting documentation.
• Assist with quality assurance and compliance requirements.
• Help resolve application issues in a timely manner.
