Get Me Healthcare in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring Entry-Level Sales Development Representatives to launch a career in health insurance sales. This full-time, in-office role offers a base pay of $18.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions and daily bonuses, with overtime opportunities.

Get Me Healthcare is hiring Entry-Level Sales Development Representatives to support our growing team in Scottsdale. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop their communication and sales skills while gaining valuable experience in the health insurance industry. Ultimately, providing a pathway and a real opportunity to join our main sales floor as a licensed health insurance broker.

You’ll work directly with customers, identify opportunities to provide additional products and services, and learn the fundamentals of a high-performance sales environment. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Compensation

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Occasional scheduled Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM
