Job summary

Iron Sky Recruiting is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative in Scottsdale, AZ. No insurance experience or license is required to start, with a clear path to a $100K+ earnings through training and licensing.

You'll work in our warm-lead environment, make 200–300 calls daily, and progress into licensed Account Executive roles as you prove you can hit targets. Compensation includes hourly pay, bonuses, benefits, and paid licensing.

Qualifications

• No insurance experience or license required.
• Able to handle high-volume outbound calls.
• Willing to learn, train, and pass licensing.

Responsibilities

• Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to warm, referred leads.
• Learn customer home, auto, or personal insurance needs.
• Hand off qualified customers to licensed Account Executives.
• Follow up by phone, text, and email with those not ready yet.
• Track activity in the CRM and stay organized.
• Engage in daily coaching and training to build skills.
