Get Me Healthcare is hiring Entry-Level Sales Development Representatives in Scottsdale to kickstart a career in health insurance sales. You’ll learn the fundamentals in a high-energy, in-office environment and have a clear pathway to join the main sales floor as a licensed broker.

The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and daily bonuses, plus comprehensive insurance benefits and occasional Saturday shifts. Training, coaching, and support are provided to help you succeed.

Get Me Healthcare is hiring Entry-Level Sales Development Representatives to support our growing team in Scottsdale. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop their communication and sales skills while gaining valuable experience in the health insurance industry. Ultimately, providing a pathway and a real opportunity to join our main sales floor as a licensed health insurance broker.

You’ll work directly with customers, identify opportunities to provide additional products and services, and learn the fundamentals of a high-performance sales environment. We provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Pay & Benefits

Compensation

• $18.00 per hour base pay
• Uncapped commission opportunities

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Occasional scheduled Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
