Iron Sky Recruiting is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative in Scottsdale, AZ. No insurance experience or license is required to start, with a clear path to a $100K+ earnings through training and licensing.

You'll work in our warm-lead environment, make 200–300 calls daily, and progress into licensed Account Executive roles as you prove you can hit targets. Compensation includes hourly pay, bonuses, benefits, and paid licensing.

A growing nationwide insurance brokerage is hiring entry-level Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for its Scottsdale office. No insurance experience or license needed.

• No waiting period to advance. When you show you're ready, you move into a licensed Insurance Account Executive role, whether that's in 3 months or 9.
• No outbound calls once you're licensed. As an Account Executive, you work with customers who are handed to you, not people you have to chase.
• Real earning potential. Account Executives here can earn $100,000+.
• $44,000–$50,000 first-year earnings potential
• Paid hourly at $21/hour (about $43,700 a year full-time), plus monthly performance bonuses of up to $500

What you'll do as an SDR

• Make 200–300 outbound calls a day to warm, referred leads

• Build your skills through daily coaching and training

  Experience in call centers, appointment setting, retail, restaurants, car sales, or any customer-facing job is a great foundation, but not required.
