Qualifications

Background in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or high-volume outbound phone sales.
Experience building a pipeline and closing new business.
Familiarity with a performance/metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Prospect and close new business through high-volume outbound sales activity.
Build and manage long-term relationships with shippers and customers.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Quote, negotiate, and close freight opportunities with customers and carriers.
Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure smooth execution.
Communicate proactively with customers and carriers to provide visibility and solutions.
Solve problems quickly and professionally when issues arise.
Work closely with operations and leadership to support customer growth.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase revenue.
